Message: Spoke to scheduling department on Friday about our shipment. They were expecting it in and wanted to get it scheduled for delivery and they told me that Monday would be the day they would deliver the machine. Machine was received on Sunday night at the local terminal. They never put the machine out for delivery on Monday and would not do anything until Tuesday. I have no clue why they would schedule something if they do not hold to the date that was arranged the day before. They also were not gentle with a $30, 000 box as pictured.

Message: Today we received a 700 pound machine on a 10' ft pallet, the driver Cesar Garcia did not hesitate to do the deliverY, he got it out of the container which was a mega hard task for only one person, and even help us push it inside the warehouse, which was not part of his job. Employees like this should be recognize in this times we are living, when a lot of people don't want to go the extra mile. Go Cesar! I hope your company sees this review and give you a paid vacation! :-).
