Message: David was great when he came to quote. The crew to pick up was phenomenal. The drop off crew however was horrible. Instructions to not breakdown certain items was not followed. They damaged a buffet/sideboard that I now need to replace. They damaged my dog cage. Bent the wheels right off one side and they tried jamming it through the door and damaged my door and the cage. Wouldn’t stop until I yelled. Horrible drop off experience.
