Not only were they kind, friendly and understanding of our situation the unit we wanted had something on the floor from the previous tenant and the staff went above and beyond to get us into a clean unit that was exactly what we needed. Every time we go into to talk to them or call them their customer service is phenomenal the facility is clean and safe. We’re very happy with our decision to use Atlantic self storage!

Message: Storing my dream car in Jacksonville. I used Atlantic Storage from March to July 2019, and have the best personally experience from registering to monthly payment, I feel safe having my dream car stored in their premises, and area is clean spotless, easy to enter.. I am a Danish man who bought my dream car in USA and stored it for next road trip, this month, living daily in Sierra Leone and Ghana is hectic, communication is good with the Storage company..
